OPERATIONS DRILL Wednesday, August 13, 2008 - Members of the department drilled on a acquired dwelling. Members drilled on general fire ground operations. Members conducted ventilation, overhaul, search and rescue and other various drills in the house.

DRILL ON DRAFTING AND LADDER PIPE OPERATIONS Monday, April 28, 2008 - Members conducted a drill on drafting and ladder pipe operations on Monday night.

MEMBERS OF THE DEPARTMENT CONDUCTED A EXTRICATION DRILL BEHIND THE FIREHOUSE Sunday, March 16, 2008 - Twenty members of the department conducted a drill on vehicle extrication behind the firehouse. Numerous scenarios were set-up for the members to drill on.

DRILL ON MAIN STREET Sunday, February 17, 2008 - Members of the department conducted a drill on truck company operations, RIT team, and salvage and overhaul.

DRILL AT THE STATION ON HOSE LOADS Thursday, January 24, 2008 - Members of the department conducted a drill on hose loads and knox box operations.

DRILL AT THE STATION Thursday, January 17, 2008 - Members conducted a drill at the station on Thursday night. Members used the smoke machine to smoke the brush truck bay up and ran numerous scenarios through with different groups.

DRILL AT FIREHOUSE ON RIT Thursday, November 15, 2007 - Members conducted their weekly drill tonight on RIT team and reduced profile SCBA maneuvers. Thanks to FF Steve Mills for building the nice reduced profile prop for the department.

EXTRICATION DRILL Tuesday, October 23, 2007 - Members took time out on Tuesday night to drill on cutting cars. Members were able to practice dash rolls, cribbing, door pops, cuting roofs and post cutting. Members are being drilled every Tuesday night.

CONTROL BURN IN QUEENSTOWN Sunday, June 3, 2007 - The men from Grasonville participated in a control burn in Queenstown. They burned a couple of rooms in the large farm house and cut some holes as well. Everyone got a turn to burn and the training was very useful.

TRUCK 2 GOES TO MFRI FOR FFII Thursday, May 31, 2007 - After cutting some holes in a house in Queenstown the Truck proceeded to MFRI for the FFII class. Here the ladder was utilized as a means of egress to the burn building roof. Other then ventilation the truck's tools where also used for Search and Rescue, RIT, and Fire Attack. After 5 hours of combined training the Truck returned to Station 2 and was put back in service.

EXTRICATION DRILL BEHIND STATION Sunday, May 13, 2007 - On Mother's Day the volunteers took some time to train on vehicle extrication. Approximately 20 people showed up for the training under the direction of several officer's and members of the training committee. Vehicles where rolled over, smashed up, set on fire and almost destroyed in an attempt to simulate various accidents. The training lasted for almost 4 hours.

CONTROL BURN AT EVANS AVE. Sunday, March 11, 2007 - Sunday 3/11/07 we conducted a control burn with 34 of our members and also members of Sta.9, Sta.1, Sta.3 and Sta.4. We conducted drills before the burn that consisted of Fire Attack, Ventilation, and RIT Team. We would like to thank all of the members of other stations that came out to help and learn with us and also to Station 6 for standing by.

DRILL CONDUCTED WITH KENT ISLAND AT THE ANGLERS REST. Sunday, January 14, 2007 - Sunday members conducted another drill at the old Anglers Rest. with members from Kent Island Present.  Members from Grasonville went over truck company and engine company operations.  Members from Kent Island conducted RIT drills.

DRILL AT ANGLERS ON TRUCK COMPANY OPS Sunday, January 7, 2007 - Members conducted another drill today at Anglers on Truck Company Ops and pumps.
